In deze industriële bakkerij zorg jij er samen met je collega's voor dat het productieproces dag en nacht soepel blijft draaien. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je stelt machines in, lost storingen op en houdt continu de kwaliteit van de producten in de gaten. Jouw inzet zorgt ervoor dat duizenden consumenten dagelijks kunnen genieten van verse bakkerijproducten. FunctieomschrijvingWat ga je doen?Als Operator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een optimaal productieproces. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Bedienen, instellen en ombouwen van productiemachines. - Signaleren en zelfstandig oplossen van kleine technische storingen. - Controleren van de productkwaliteit en uitvoeren van kwaliteitsmetingen. - Bewaken van het productieproces en bijsturen waar nodig. - Uitvoeren van controles en registreren van productiegegevens. - Samenwerken met collega's van productie, techniek en kwaliteitsdienst. - Actief bijdragen aan een veilige, nette en hygiënische werkomgeving. - Meedenken over verbeteringen om het proces nog efficiënter te laten verlopen. -

Functie eisenWie ben jij?Jij bent iemand die verantwoordelijkheid neemt en graag werkt in een productieomgeving. Daarnaast beschik je over: - Een mbo-3 werk- en denkniveau. - Ervaring als Operator, bij voorkeur binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie. - Technisch inzicht en een proactieve werkhouding. - Oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. - Bereidheid om te werken in een 3-ploegendienst.
