Ga aan de slag als operator bij dit bedrijf! Over het werk Hier leer jij het vak als operator! In deze functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van de productie. Je zorgt ervoor dat je collega's weten wat er moet gebeuren en springt bij waar nodig om het proces draaiende te houden. Gedurende de dag voer je verschillende controles uit om te waarborgen dat de producten aan alle kwaliteitseisen voldoen. Bij storingen probeer je deze zelf op te lossen; lukt dat niet, dan schakel je de technische dienst in. Wanneer er wordt overgeschakeld naar een ander product, zorg jij ervoor dat de productielijn grondig wordt gereinigd en dat de machines correct worden ingesteld voor de nieuwe productie. Aan het einde van je dienst laat je jouw werkplek netjes en verzorgd achter. Binnen dit bedrijf staat werkplezier centraal.
