Operator Productie| 2-ploegen |foodindustrie Meerkerk Je gaat aan de slag bij een groot familiebedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in het produceren en verpakken van Hollandse kazen. Op de locatie in Meerkerk worden dagelijks duizenden kazen behandeld en verpakt met behulp van moderne productielijnen en robottechniek. Je werkt in een nette, moderne omgeving waar collegialiteit en kwaliteit centraal staan. Functieomschrijving Als operator werk je in een moderne kaasproductieomgeving met geautomatiseerde lijnen en robottechniek. Je zorgt dat het productieproces soepel verloopt en voert daarnaast regelmatig logistieke werkzaamheden uit met de reachtruck. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Bedienen en instellen van productie- en verpakkingslijnen - Veelvuldig rijden op de reachtruck voor aanvoer en afvoer van kazen - Omstellen van machines bij productwissels - Signaleren en voorkomen van storingen in het proces - Uitvoeren en registreren van kwaliteitscontroles - Toezien op hygiëne-, veiligheids- en voedselvoorschriften - Registreren van materialen en productiegegevens - Meewerken aan klein onderhoud samen met de technische dienst - Uitvoeren van algemene magazijnwerkzaamheden Je werkt fulltime in een roulerend ploegendienst: - Ochtenddienst: 05.30 - 14.30 uur - Avonddienst: 14.30 - 23.30 uur Functie-eisen - Technisch inzicht op mbo werk- en denkniveau - Ervaring als operator, senior productiemedewerker - Bereid om in 2-ploegen te werken - Je hebt ervaring op de reachtruck of bent bereid dit certificaat te behalen via WerkTalent - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed Arbeidsvoorwaarden - Een startsalaris vanaf € 3.000 bruto per maand, exclusief ploegentoeslagen - Ploegentoeslagen volgens de CAO Particulier Kaaspakhuisbedrijf: - 140% tussen 05.30 - 07.00 uur - 130% tussen 18.00 - 22.00 uur - 140% tussen 22.00 - 23.30 uur - 25 vakantiedagen en 8,33% vakantiegeld - Een moderne werkplek met geautomatiseerde lijnen en robottechniek - Een h...
