WerkTalent Operator Productie 5-ploegendienst Arnhem Je gaat aan de slag bij een innovatieve producent die hout verwerkt tot een duurzaam en hoogwaardig eindproduct voor de internationale markt. De organisatie investeert continu in moderne productietechnieken en duurzaamheid. Je werkt samen met een vaste ploeg van circa negen collega's binnen een informele, nuchtere werksfeer waarin samenwerken, veiligheid en kwaliteit centraal staan. Functieomschrijving Als Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor een soepel en veilig productieproces. Je bewaakt de productielijn, controleert de kwaliteit van het eindproduct en grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is. Samen met jouw ploeg zorg je ervoor dat de productie volgens planning blijft draaien. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Bedienen, instellen en controleren van de productielijn - Aan- en afvoeren van materialen met de heftruck - Uitpakken, verwerken en gereedmaken van producten - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en registreren van productiegegevens - Signaleren en verhelpen van kleine storingen en ondersteunen bij omstellingen - Verpakken, labelen en gereedmaken van eindproducten voor transport - Zorgen voor een veilige, schone en overzichtelijke werkplek Je werkt in een 5-ploegendienst volgens het rooster van twee ochtenddiensten, twee middagdiensten, twee nachtdiensten en vervolgens vier dagen vrij. Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau - Ervaring als operator of in een productieomgeving - Heftruckcertificaat of bereid dit te behalen - Bereid om in een 5-ploegendienst te werken - Woonachtig op maximaal circa 20 kilometer van Arnhem, Elst, Velp of Doetinchem Arbeidsvoorwaarden - Bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.350 en €3.600 inclusief 30% ploegentoeslag - 25 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld en een goede pensioenregeling - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0.23 per KM - Gemiddeld 33,6 uur per week werken in een 5-ploegendienst - Volop opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden, zoals het behalen van aanvull...
