Je bedient en bewaakt moderne, geautomatiseerde machines en zorgt samen met je collega's voor een veilig en efficiënt productieproces. Je krijgt de unieke kans om vanaf de start mee te bouwen aan een nieuwe, hypermoderne fabriek. Over het bedrijfJe gaat aan de slag bij onze opdrachtgever, een toonaangevende producent van prefab vloersystemen en betonnen maatwerk. Innovatie, kwaliteit, veiligheid en ontwikkeling staan centraal. In Koudekerk aan den Rijn wordt een nieuwe, duurzame en hypermoderne fabriek voor kanaalplaatvloeren gerealiseerd. Als Operator ben je vanaf de start betrokken bij het opbouwen en in bedrijf stellen van deze nieuwe productielocatie. Je werkt met de nieuwste technologieën binnen een open en collegiale werksfeer, met volop ruimte voor ontwikkeling en doorgroei. Wat ga je doen?- Bedienen en bewaken van geautomatiseerde productiemachines - Meewerken aan de productie van betonnen vloeren - Controleren van de kwaliteit van de producten - Signaleren en oplossen van eerstelijns storingen - Uitvoeren van klein onderhoud - Bewaken van het productieproces en melden van afwijkingen - Samenwerken met collega's van productie, technische dienst en kwaliteit - Meedenken over verbeteringen en zorgen voor een veilige werkplek
