Wil jij als operator aan het roer staan van een vlot lopend productieproces bij een snelgroeiend, internationaal familiebedrijf? Voor onze vestiging in Lommel zoeken we een gedreven Operator die in een 3-ploegensysteem wil werken. Je krijgt een uitdagend en afwisselend takenpakket waarin je je helemaal kunt verdiepen.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Affiniteit met de voedingssector (ervaring is een mooie plus!).

  • Goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal in verband met de veiligheidsinstructies.

Dit ga je doen:

  • Machinebeheer: Het vlot instellen en bedienen van de productiemachines.
  • Procesoptimalisatie: Het uitvoeren van tussentijdse controles en het bijstellen van parameters voor het beste resultaat.
  • Onderhoud & Herstel: Het uitvoeren van basis onderhoudstaken en kleine herstellingen om stilstand te voorkomen.
  • Logistiek & Kwaliteit: Zorgen voor een constante aanvoer van grondstoffen, het uitvoeren en registreren van kwaliteitscontroles en rapporteren bij afwijkingen.
  • Teamondersteuning: Actief bijstaan, ondersteunen en samenwerken met je collega's op de werkvloer.
