In deze functie krijg je de tijd om een modern productieproces stap voor stap te leren kennen. Dankzij een grondige opleiding en de ondersteuning van ervaren collega's groei je op jouw tempo uit tot een vaste waarde binnen het team. Wat ga je doen?

  • Je leert productiemachines instellen, bedienen en opvolgen zodat het productieproces vlot verloopt
  • Je controleert zorgvuldig de kwaliteit van het eindproduct en stuurt bij waar nodig
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat producten correct worden verpakt en geëtiketteerd
  • Je leert verschillende afdelingen kennen waardoor je stap voor stap een brede technische kennis opbouwt
  • Na je opleiding krijg je de mogelijkheid om extra verantwoordelijkheden op te nemen als lijnverantwoordelijke

  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in een productieomgeving of bent technisch aangelegd en wil graag bijleren

  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands om vlot te communiceren met jouw rechtstreekse collega's die Nederlands spreken
  • Je bent niet kleurenblind en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je bent bereid om eerst in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken en na je opleiding eventueel over te stappen naar de vaste nacht
