Operator (productie) - Zeewolde - 3.500 tot 3.900 per maand - 40 uur per week Neem contact op met Tjomme Vissers. - 0341-740024 - 06-21392327 - [email protected] Als operator laat jij alle machines optimaal draaien. Je voert niet alleen controles uit, maar grijpt ook direct in bij een calamiteit. Samen met je collega's zorg jij ervoor dat baby's in Nederland en ver daarbuiten zijn voorzien van de beste voeding. Wat ga je doen? Jouw werkdag begint op de high care-afdeling, waar je verantwoordelijk bent voor het klaarmaken van producten voor het magazijn. Je begeleidt het proces van A tot Z. Je start met het afvullen van het product en zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens de juiste procedures verloopt. Daarbij komt ook fysiek werk kijken. Zo til je regelmatig zakken van 25 kilo. Gelukkig wordt het grootste deel van het zware werk machinaal uitgevoerd. Jij stelt de machines in, start het proces op en houdt goed in de gaten of alles soepel verloopt. Ontstaat er een kleine storing of loopt iets niet zoals het hoort? Dan kom jij in actie en los je het probleem zo snel mogelijk op. Je werkt met babyvoeding, waardoor hygiëne en nauwkeurigheid ontzettend belangrijk zijn. Op de high care-afdeling gelden daarom strenge hygiëneregels. Jij werkt hier zorgvuldig mee en zorgt ervoor dat jouw werkplek schoon en netjes blijft. Je komt terecht in een kleinschalig bedrijf met een grote verantwoordelijkheid. Omdat het bedrijf klein is, werk je nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen. Goed samenwerken en duidelijk communiceren zijn daarom belangrijk. Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal dan ook goed. Jouw werkzaamheden in het kort: - Aanvullen van verpakkingsmaterialen; - Afvullen en verwerken van producten; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteits- en procescontroles; - Bedienen en afstellen van machines; - Verhelpen van kleine technische storingen; - Ingrijpen wanneer het proces niet goed verloopt; - Schoon en hygiënisch houden van je werkplek.
