The posting

Als operator in deze bakkerij werk jij aan één van de zes productielijnen waar ontbijtkoek wordt gemaakt. In een 3-ploegendienst zorg je dat jouw lijn blijft draaien van mengen tot bakken en snijden. Je stelt de machine bij, controleert het product en pakt kleine storingen zelf op. Je werkt met: - één vaste lijn binnen een hal van 30.000 m² - menginstallaties, ovens en snijmachines die achter elkaar staan - collega operators en productiemedewerkers die op dezelfde lijn werken

Wil jij werken als operator in een ploegendienst in een bakkerij waar je een eigen lijn onder je hebt? Reageer direct. - Productielijnen bedienen en instellingen aanpassen wanneer het proces daarom vraagt - Mengsels, baktijden en snij-instellingen controleren - Visuele en technische kwaliteitschecks uitvoeren tijdens de productie - Kleine storingen direct oplossen en afwijkingen vroeg signaleren

Wij maken elke dag grote aantallen ontbijtkoek in een fabriek met zes productielijnen. In totaal werken hier ruim 80 collega’s, vooral operators en productiemedewerkers die zorgen dat alles blijft draaien van mengen tot bakken en snijden. De lijnen zijn strak ingericht met ovens, koeling en vaste processen die op elkaar aansluiten. Je werkt hier met duidelijke afspraken en korte lijnen.
