Operator Productie / Brood Bakker 32-38 uur per week Als Operator Productie / Brood Bakker bij Bakker Wiltink regel en controleer je het gehele bakproces en nabewerking van klein- & grootbrood en specialiteiten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat grondstoffen worden omgezet tot een product waar je trots op mag zijn. Je gaat elke werkdag weer aan de slag om het lekkerste verse brood te maken.

Wat ga je doen? Als Operator Productie / Brood Bakker bij Bakker Wiltink regel en controleer je het gehele bakproces en nabewerking van klein- & grootbrood en specialiteiten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat grondstoffen worden omgezet tot een product waar je trots op mag zijn. Je gaat elke werkdag weer aan de slag om het lekkerste verse brood te maken.

Als je bij Bakker Wiltink start, zorgen wij voor een goede onboarding. Zo word je bijvoorbeeld gekoppeld aan een ervaren collega die jou alles uitlegt en ervoor zorgt dat je goed wordt ingewerkt.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor gehele proces van voorbereiden, bakken en na bewerken van het klein- & grootbrood en specialiteiten.

- Jij zorgt ervoor dat grondstoffen worden omgezet tot vers brood.

- Je werkt volgens vaste recepturen, maar houdt rekening met afwijkende grondstoffen en/of producten.

- Je bewaakt het bakproces en stuurt desgewenst bij en wel zodanig dat de kwaliteit is gewaarborgd en het productieproces optimaal verloopt.

- Je leegt de ovens, controleert het eindproduct op smaak, geur, kleur en vorm en werkt speciale broodsoorten ambachtelijk af.

- Je zorgt ervoor dat je eigen werkomgeving schoon blijft.

Functie-eisen

- Een LBO of MBO opleiding richting levensmiddelen/bakkerij is een pré. Je beheerst het ambachtelijke bakkers vak en bent vertrouwd met industriële broodbereiding (of bereid dit te leren).

- Bereid om in een ploegendienst te werken. Hier staat een leuke toeslag tegenover conform CAO Bakkersbedrijf.

- Je bent ondernemend en daadkrachtig en beschikt over goede commun
