Voor een productiebedrijf in de regio Parkstad zijn wij op zoek naar gemotiveerde Operators! In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van het productieproces en zorg je ervoor dat producten voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen. Werk jij graag in een dynamische omgeving waar kwaliteit, techniek en samenwerking centraal staan? Dan is deze vacature iets voor jou! Wat ga je doen? Als Productieoperator ben je dagelijks bezig met het bedienen, instellen en controleren van productiemachines. Je bewaakt het proces, grijpt in bij afwijkingen en zorgt ervoor dat de productie efficiënt blijft draaien. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Instellen, ombouwen en bedienen van productiemachines; Controleren en bewaken van het productieproces; Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op producten en processen; Verhelpen van kleine technische storingen; Uitvoeren van eerstelijns onderhoud aan machines; Registreren van productiegegevens en afwijkingen; Werken volgens geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften. Wat kun jij? Voor deze functie zoeken wij een kandidaat die nauwkeurig werkt en technisch inzicht heeft. Daarnaast beschik je over: MBO werk- en denkniveau; Affiniteit met techniek en productieprocessen; Ervaring als operator is een pré; Probleemoplossend vermogen en een proactieve werkhouding; Bereidheid om te werken in een 3-ploegendienst; Goede communicatieve vaardigheden; Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
