Als Operator Productie in Heerlen maak je washandschoenen voor zorginstellingen en ziekenhuizen. Je werkt in een kleine, hechte ploeg en een schone productieomgeving. Daar staat een basissalaris van €3.000 bruto per maand tegenover, plus 13,5% ploegentoeslag. Interesse? Lees snel verder! Wat ga je doen? Je gaat aan de slag bij een bedrijf in Heerlen dat washandschoenen maakt voor zorginstellingen en ziekenhuizen. Achter de productielijn staat een klein, hecht team: je kent de mensen met wie je werkt en ziet samen toe op de kwaliteit van het product. De productieomgeving is modern en schoon. Een fijne plek als je graag met machines werkt en iets zoekt voor de lange termijn. Als Operator Productie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verloop van de productielijn. Machines instellen en bedienen is een deel van je werk, maar je kijkt ook kritisch naar wat er van de lijn komt. Zie je een afwijking? Dan stuur je bij en leg je vast wat er is gebeurd. Daarvoor hoef je niet op dag één alles te kunnen: tijdens een inwerkperiode van zes weken leer je de machines, het proces en de werkinstructies kennen. Je werkzaamheden op een rij: - Productiemachines instellen, bedienen en controleren. - Het proces bewaken en ingrijpen bij afwijkingen. - Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en resultaten registreren. - Grondstoffen aanvullen en gereed product afvoeren. - Je werkplek schoon en georganiseerd houden. Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag in een 2-ploegendienst. Beide diensten hebben een halfuur pauze: - Ochtenddienst: 06.00-14.30 uur - Middagdienst: 14.00-22.30 uur Wat wij bieden? - €3.000 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur. - 13,5% ploegentoeslag bovenop je salaris. - 29 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantietoeslag. - €0,23 reiskostenvergoeding per kilometer en pensioenopbouw. - Een inwerkperiode ...
