Operator productie | €2.800 - €3.500 | 32-40 uur | Kampen Kampen Over de functie Als operator productie zorg je dat de productielijnen goed draaien. De carbon- en glasvezelprofielen die jullie maken, worden over de hele wereld gebruikt, bijvoorbeeld in drones, robotarmen en zeilschepen. Je werkt altijd samen met een directe collega.Zo ziet je dag eruit: - Je controleert de machines en stelt de juiste parameters in, zodat alles klaar is voor productie - Je bedient en bewaakt de productielijn - Je controleert de kwaliteit van de producten en noteert je bevindingen in de productiesoftware - Bij een storing grijp je direct in en los je die op Je werkt in een tweeploegendienst. De ene week draai je ochtenddiensten van 07.00 tot 16.00 uur, van maandag tot en met vrijdag. De andere week draai je middagdiensten van 13.00 tot 22.00 uur, van maandag tot en met donderdag, en ben je op vrijdag vrij. Zo werk je de ene week 40 uur en de andere 32 uur, maar je krijgt altijd 40 uur betaald. Wat breng jij als Operator productie | €2.800 - €3.500 | 32-40 uur | Kampen Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie is mooi meegenomen, maar niet nodig. Het is wel belangrijk dat je: - Technisch inzicht hebt en het leuk vindt om met machines te werken - Zelf taken oppakt zonder te wachten tot iemand het je vraagt - In een tweeploegendienst kunt werken - Nederlands spreekt en begrijpt - Oog hebt voor kwaliteit en veiligheid - Op zoek bent naar een werkgever voor de lange termijn Wat bieden wij vanuit Dutch Staffing Group Hier kun je op rekenen: - Een salaris van €2.800 - €3.500 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van je ervaring - Altijd 40 uur betaald, ook in de week dat je 32 uur werkt - Uitzicht op een vast contract, want het bedrijf zoekt mensen voor de lange termijn - Werken in een gloednieuw pand met hightech machines - Een schone, moderne werkplek - Ruimte om je te ontwikkelen en door te groeien - Een informele werksfeer met korte lijnen
