The posting

Voor een financieel sterk en groeiend productiebedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een Operator Productie. Je komt terecht in een dynamische werkomgeving waar kwaliteit, innovatie en continue verbetering centraal staan.

Als operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het goede verloop van het productieproces. Je werkt met een grotendeels geautomatiseerde productielijn die uit verschillende productiestappen bestaat. Je zorgt ervoor dat de producten volgens de vooropgestelde kwaliteits- en kwantiteitsnormen worden geproduceerd en dat de productieplanning wordt gevolgd.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Ontvangen en controleren van grondstoffen op hoeveelheid, kwaliteit en conformiteit.
  • Opvolgen en bewaken van het productieproces.
  • Instellen en afstellen van machines volgens het productieproces.
  • Controleren van de installaties en opvolgen van de voortgang van de productie.
  • Uitvoeren van product- en machinewissels.
  • Uitvoeren van technische controles en signaleren wanneer onderhoud nodig is.
  • Uitvoeren van dagelijkse onderhoudswerkzaamheden.
  • Ervoor zorgen dat het productieproces veilig, efficiënt en volgens de geldende procedures verloopt.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die technisch aangelegd is, nauwkeurig werkt en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt binnen een productieomgeving.

  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een heftruckattest of hebt hiermee ervaring.
  • U spreekt vloeiend Nederlands
  • Je hebt een eerste werkervaring of relevante ervaring opgedaan tijdens een uitgebreide productieopleiding (stabiele CV is een must).
  • Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en streeft naar correcte en efficiënte processen.
  • Je werkt graag volgens procedures en denkt procesgericht.
  • Je bent flexibel en kunt je aanpassen aan veranderende omstandigheden.
  • Je bent bereid om je manier van werken en vaardigheden aan te passen wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.
  • Je helpt collega's waar nodig en draagt actief bij aan het behalen van de gezamenlijke doelstellingen.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om bij te leren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Je kunt zowel technische, administratieve als operationele taken zelfstandig uitvoeren.
