Daar begint jouw werk. Deze organisatie in Ens ontwikkelt en produceert techniek voor de landbouw. Denk aan fronthefsystemen, aftakassystemen en complete rupsbandsystemen. De producten gaan naar dealers, importeurs en machinebouwers in meer dan 42 landen. Engineering, productie, verkoop en service zitten bij elkaar op één locatie. Daardoor zijn de lijnen kort en zie je direct wat jouw werk oplevert. Je komt terecht in een modern familiebedrijf met meer dan 400 collega's. In de fabriek draait het om vakmanschap, kwaliteit en slimme productie. Je werkt samen met operators en leidinggevenden. Is er een afwijking? Dan zoek je die samen uit. Zie je een kans om het proces beter te maken? Dan mag je daar actief over meedenken. De functie Dit ga je doen Als Operator Productie houd jij de productielijn voor rubbertracks in beweging. Je begint niet zomaar met draaien. Eerst controleer je de opdracht, materialen en instellingen. Daarna bereid je de machine voor en stel je deze nauwkeurig in. Tijdens de productie bewaak je het volledige proces. Je scant en verwerkt materialen. Ook controleer je tussendoor het product. Kloppen de maten, waarden en kwaliteit? Dan kan de productie door. Zie je een afwijking? Dan grijp je direct in. Een kleine storing pak je zelf op. Je controleert de instellingen en onderzoekt waar het misgaat. Blijft het probleem bestaan?
