Jobomschrijving

Heb je al een eerste ervaring als productieoperator en werk je daarnaast vlot met een heftruck? Dan is deze functie als Operator Productie & Heftruck misschien wel iets voor jou!

Je gaat aan de slag op de premixafdeling, waar grondstoffen automatisch worden vermengd tot een kant-en-klare premix. Jij bewaakt en begeleidt het productieproces en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot en correct verloopt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Het bedienen en controleren van de geautomatiseerde productie-installatie.
  • Je volgt het productieproces nauwgezet op en grijpt manueel in wanneer nodig.
  • Je controleert het afvullen van de premix in zakken van 25 kg en het automatisch palletiseren.
  • Bij een batchwissel vervang je de nodige onderdelen, zoals de rol.
  • Zelfstandig kleine interventies uitvoeren om de productie vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Het verplaatsen van de afgewerkte paletten met de heftruck naar de juiste zones.
  • Je zorgt mee voor een veilige, nette en efficiënte productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond en/of ervaring als machineoperator.
  • Een heftruckattest is niet nodig, ruime ervaring met de heftruck is meer dan voldoende
  • Werken in een tweeploegensysteem is voor jou geen probleem
  • Samen met je teamgenoten zorg je voor een efficiënte werking in de productie
  • Technische storingen kan je na een inwerkperiode zelfstandig oplossen
