Hier worden tabletten, capsules en medicijnkorrels gemaakt voor onder andere oncologie, orgaantransplantatie en urologie. De medicijnen worden wereldwijd geleverd. Je werkt samen met 325 collega's op een moderne productielocatie van 21.000 vierkante meter. De sfeer is open en collegiaal, met veel aandacht voor veiligheid en kwaliteit. Delpharm Meppel is goed bereikbaar vanuit Assen, Hoogeveen, Zwolle, Steenwijk, Heerenveen en omgeving. Je hebt gratis parkeergelegenheid en een overdekte fietsenstalling met een grote kantine met heerlijke verse producten tegen een lage prijs. Functieomschrijving Als beginnende production operator start je in een schoonmaakruimte. Deze werkplek vraagt zelfstandigheid en eigenaarschap. De schoonmaakwerkzaamheden vragen matige lichamelijke inspanning. Het is de perfecte werkplek om het bedrijf en de GMP-omgeving te leren kennen en door te groeien binnen de organisatie als operator. Afdeling Formulering: mengen duurt 7 tot 8 uur en het proces vereist constante controle. Het is daarom belangrijk dat je geduld hebt en gemotiveerd bent. Het inwerken duurt minimaal 6 maanden en vollededige zelfstandigheid als operator een jaar. Werkzaamheden na een goed inwerktraject en interne opleiding: Als production operator werken in de 3 ploegen speel je een belangrijke rol in de productie van medicijnen. De meeste tijd ben je bezig met het zelfstandig bedienen van productielijnen en het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op de afdeling Solid. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's van de afdeling Packaging. Je dag bestaat uit het voorbereiden van je werkplek, het bedienen en ombouwen van machines en het schoonmaken volgens strenge regels. Je lost kleine storingen zelf op en schakelt bij afwijkingen...
