Operator Productie/Oppervlaktebewerking in regio Zwolle. Techniflex Top werkgever - Zwolle 18-09-2026 Functieomschrijving Als Operator Productie/Oppervlaktebewerking in de regio Zwolle werk je fulltime (40 uur) in een modern metaalbewerkingsbedrijf en verdien je tussen de €3.000 en €3.500 per maand. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het productieproces soepel doorloopt door zelfstandig verschillende machines te bedienen en de logistieke stroom rond de productielijn goed te organiseren. Je wisselt het instellen en bedienen van productieapparatuur af met het aan- en afvoeren van materialen en gereed product, vaak met intern transportmateriaal zoals pompwagen of heftruck. Kleine storingen los je zelf op; bij grotere technische problemen stem je af met de technische dienst. Daarnaast bewaak je de productkwaliteit aan de hand van orderbonnen en vastgestelde normen en zorg je voor een nette, veilige en goed georganiseerde werkplek. In deze rol ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen de teamleider en de collega's op de werkvloer. Je ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse aansturing, neemt bij afwezigheid van de teamleider coördinerende taken over en communiceert met collega's in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels. Je komt terecht in een nuchtere, informele productieomgeving binnen de metaal- en technieksector, waar vakmanschap, kwaliteit en continue verbetering centraal staan. Functie-eisen - VMBO-diploma richting metaal, techniek of vergelijkbaar niveau - Ervaring als operator of in een productieomgeving - Bereid om in fulltime 40-urige werkweek te werken - Technisch inzicht om machines in te stellen en storingen te signaleren - Veiligheidsbewust werken volgens procedures en kwaliteitsnormen - Fysiek in staat om staand werk en intern transport te doen - Nederlandse taal goed in woord en geschrift - Basis Engels om met collega's en documentatie te communiceren - Teamspeler die collega's ondersteunt en helder communiceert - Verantwoordelijk omga...
