Als Operator Productielijn in Bodegraven zorg jij ervoor dat de productie soepel en efficiënt verloopt. Je werkt met moderne machines, bewaakt de kwaliteit en begeleidt een klein team op de productielijn.Je werkt 32 tot 36 uur per week in een tweeploegendienst. Naast een aantrekkelijk salaris krijg je volop ruimte om nieuwe vaardigheden te leren en door te groeien binnen de organisatie.

Functieomschrijving: Als Operator Productielijn ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse verloop van de productie. Je bedient en stelt machines in, houdt het productieproces nauwlettend in de gaten en grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is. Daarnaast begeleid je 2 tot 3 collega's en zorg je samen voor een veilige en nette werkomgeving.Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: • Instellen, ombouwen en bedienen van verschillende productiemachines. • Begeleiden en aansturen van 2 tot 3 productiemedewerkers. • Controleren en bewaken van het productieproces. • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op het proces en de eindproducten. • Signaleren en oplossen van kleine technische storingen. • Tijdig signaleren van afwijkingen en voorkomen van productiestilstand. • Aan- en afvoeren van grondstoffen en productiematerialen. • Werken volgens veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften. • Zorgdragen voor een schone en georganiseerde productielijn. • Werken in een tweeploegendienst van 06:00 tot 15:00 uur en van 15:00 tot 00:00 uur.

Functievereisten: Wat breng jij mee?Je bent een zelfstandige en betrokken operator die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Je hebt technisch inzicht, houdt het productieproces goed in de gaten en weet collega's op een prettige manier mee te nemen.Daarnaast beschik je over: • Ervaring als Operator, Machine Operator of in een vergelijkbare functie. • Technisch inzicht en affiniteit met machines. • Een proactieve en verantwoordelijke werkhouding. • Goede beheers
