Je werkt dagelijks mee aan de productie van verschillende lekkernijen die vanuit de fabriek hun weg vinden naar distributiecentra door heel Nederland. Als Operator Productielijn zorg je samen met je collega's voor een soepel en kwalitatief productieproces. Je werkt met moderne machines, hebt veel afwisseling in je werkzaamheden en krijgt volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Wil je meer leren en doorgroeien binnen de organisatie? Dan liggen hier mooie kansen voor je! Functieomschrijving Als Operator Productielijn ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een soepel verloop van het productieproces. Je werkt in een 3-ploegendienst met werktijden van 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 en 22:00-06:00 uur. Tijdens jouw dienst houd je het proces nauwlettend in de gaten en stuur je de machines bij waar nodig. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Ombouwen, opstarten en correct instellen van de productiemachines. - Aanvoeren van ingrediënten en bewaken van het bakproces. - Controleren van kwaliteit, structuur, temperatuur en gewicht. - Instellen en bijsturen van de ovens. - Uitvoeren en registreren van kwaliteitsmetingen. - Zorgen voor een goede doorstroom richting de verpakkingslijn. - Signaleren van afwijkingen en direct ingrijpen bij verstoringen. Kortom: als Operator Productielijn houd jij het overzicht en zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces van begin tot eind veilig, efficiënt en volgens de juiste kwaliteitseisen verloopt! Functievereisten Dit heb jij in huis: - MBO werk- en denkniveau, bijvoorbeeld een opleiding tot Voedingsoperator (of een vergelijkbare achtergrond) - Ervaring in de bakkerijsector of voedingsmiddelenindustrie is een voorkeur - Kennis van hygiënevoorschriften (zoals HACCP) en het stri...
