The posting

Onze klant is een multinational met de hoofdvestiging in Tokyo. Ze zijn nationaal gevestigd en tellen zo'n 10-tal vestigingen waarin ze ongeveer 3500 arbeiders en 800 bedienden tewerkstellen.

In Zeebrugge alleen zijn er al 2 sites, en daarvoor zoeken zij een nieuwe collega.

Jouw collega's op de werkvloer zullen jou ondersteuning bieden binnen jouw persoonlijke en professionele groei. De ene site in Zeebrugge maakt spiegels en zorgt er op deze manier voor dat je met trots naar jezelf kan kijken. De andere site is gespecialiseerd in architecturaal glas, dubbel en driedubbel glas, kaderglas, ... Dit is hoofdzakelijk voor de building companies. Enkele voorbeelden hiervan zijn de Planet Group, voetbalstadion, ...

Zij zorgen er dus voor dat jij de wereld ziet en meewerkt aan een groenere omgeving, waarbij het leven voor iedereen aangenamer wordt gemaakt.

Als operator in de glaswereld zorg je ervoor dat de productie vlot, veilig en volgens planning verloopt.

  • Je bedient en bevoorraadt (half)automatische machines en houdt de lijn draaiende.
  • Je bewaakt productieparameters en stuurt bij waar nodig om het proces stabiel te houden.
  • Je maakt de juiste grondstofmix en volgt de productieprocessen op (aanmaak, bereiding, afvullen en inpakken).
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en registreert afwijkingen zodat producten aan de specificaties voldoen.
  • Je staat in voor onderhoud en reiniging van machines en werkzones om storingen en stilstand te beperken.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je hebt een positieve instelling en denkt logisch na.
  • Je bent beschikbaar om in 2 of 3 ploegen te werken (6u–14u en 14u–22u en/of 22u-06u).
  • Je respecteert kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands goed voor duidelijke communicatie op de werkvloer.
  • Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om te starten.
