Voor een dynamische en snelgroeiende KMO binnen de suikerindustrie zijn we op zoek naar een Operator/Productiemedewerker. Het bedrijf staat in voor de productie van zowel standaardproducten als producten op maat en hecht veel belang aan kwaliteit, innovatie en betrouwbare leveringen.

Als Operator/Productiemedewerker werk je mee binnen een semi-automatische productieomgeving en draag je bij aan een vlot en kwalitatief productieproces.

Jobomschrijving

Wat zijn jouw taken?

Als Operator/Productiemedewerker volg je het productieproces nauwkeurig op en zorg je mee voor een correcte en efficiënte werking.

  • meewerken aan de productie van suikerstropen en pasta's binnen een semi-automatische procesomgeving
  • de productieprocessen nauwkeurig opvolgen en de nodige kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren
  • bestelbonnen correct opvolgen en de nodige informatie communiceren naar de administratieve afdeling
  • als operator instaan voor het laden en lossen van leveringen
  • grondstoffen klaarzetten voor de productie
  • zorgen voor een kwalitatieve en nette werkomgeving en vlot samenwerken met collega's

Wat zijn jouw kwaliteiten?

Je bent kwaliteit- en netheidsgericht, werkt graag in teamverband en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.

  • beschikt over een diploma ASO/TSO in voeding, landbouw of chemie
  • werkt graag in teamverband en ondersteunt collega's
  • is flexibel en bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken: 5u-14u en 14u-22u30
  • is stressbestendig en heeft een hands-on mentaliteit
  • werkt nauwkeurig en heeft aandacht voor kwaliteit en netheid
  • is gemotiveerd om mee te werken binnen een semi-automatische productieomgeving
