Operator ramen en deuren - verlijming

Wat ga je doen?

Werk je graag met geautomatiseerde machines en heb je technisch inzicht? Als operator zorg je voor een nauwkeurige verlijming van raam- en deurprofielen.

Je komt terecht bij een gevestigde fabrikant van ramen en deuren. Kwaliteit, innovatie en moderne productietechnieken staan centraal. Je werkt in een digitale productieomgeving met geautomatiseerde installaties.

Als operator volg je het verlijmingsproces van de profielen van dichtbij op. Je bedient de automatische lijmrobot en persinstallatie, interpreteert technische tekeningen en grijpt in wanneer nodig. Zo help je elke dag mee aan een vlotte en kwalitatieve productie.

- Je bedient en volgt de volautomatische lijmrobot aan het einde van het profielmagazijn op. - Je controleert welke verlijming nodig is en brengt die correct aan op raam- en deurprofielen. - Je leest technische tekeningen en vertaalt de informatie naar de juiste handelingen in de productie. - Je stelt de lijmrobot en persinstallatie correct in. - Je controleert het productieproces en stuurt de machines bij wanneer dat nodig is. - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de afgewerkte profielen. - Je werkt mee aan een efficiënt en vlot productieproces.

Je motivatie en technische feeling zijn minstens zo belangrijk. Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt de kwaliteit van je werk goed in het oog. Je neemt initiatief en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen. Je volgt het productieproces aandachtig op en grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is. Je werkt graag mee aan een efficiënt proces en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je taken.
