Als operator speel je een sleutelrol in ons moderne machinepark, waar je samen met je team verantwoordelijk bent voor een verpakkingslijn. Je combineert operationele, administratieve en coachende taken en bent niet bang om de leiding te nemen wanneer dat nodig is.

Om jouw werkomgeving zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken, investeren we continu in nieuwe technologieën, een veilige en propere werkplek en het beste materiaal. Hier wordt initiatief beloond en krijg je de kans om echt impact te maken.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Bedienen van de verpakkingsmachine en het correct instellen van de coating.
  • Ondersteunen van de lijnverantwoordelijke bij kleur- en kwaliteitstesten.
  • Groeikansen! Zodra je voldoende ervaring hebt, kan je doorgroeien naar lijnverantwoordelijke.
  • Als hoofd van een productielijn ben je verantwoordelijk voor een vlot productieproces, het aansturen van medewerkers, het afstellen van machines en het bewaken van de kwaliteit.
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving in een soortgelijke functie is een vereiste
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, omwille van de veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Werken in een 2-ploegensysteem past perfect bij jou
