Deze vacature wordt u aangeboden door In Person - NederlandLogo In PersonBeroep / functie Operator Röntgenbuizen Functieomschrijving Als Operator Röntgenbuizen ga je alle voorkomende revisie- en testen uitvoeren en waarborg je de optimale werking, veiligheid en prestaties van röntgenbuizen zodat deze efficiënt en veilig kunnen worden ingezet in medische- en/ of industriële röntgen toepassingen en waarbij de röntgenbuizen voldoen aan vastgestelde specificaties en kwaliteitsnormen.Wat ga je doen?ReviserenReviseren van röntgenbuizenAan de hand van werkorders, tekeningen en productiehandleidingen handmatig en met behulp van gereedschappen en machines het reviseren van röntgenbuizen voor medische- en industriële toepassingen. Het onderhouden en repareren van röntgenbuizen om ervoor te zorgen dat deze consistent en betrouwbaar functioneren, wat essentieel is voor de kwaliteit van de röntgenbeelden en de veiligheid van het gebruik.TestenVolgens testspecificaties met behulp van testapparatuur controleren van röntgenbuizen alvorens deze naar de klant worden verstuurd. Waar nodig actie ondernemen zoals het markeren van producten en het informeren van de Teamleider. Het wekelijks controleren en vastleggen van kritische procesparameters (CTQ).VeiligheidsborgingHet garanderen van de naleving van strikte veiligheidsnormen en -richtlijnen met betrekking tot röntgenstraling, zowel voor de patiënten, medewerkers als de apparatuur zelf.Coördineren en plannenCoördineren van de dagelijkse gang van zaken binnen een algemene productieruimte. Het volledig zelfstandig plannen van productievolgordes in opdracht van de Material Coördinator en/of Teamleider. Het tijdig signaleren van knelpunten en deze bespreken met de Material Coördinator en/of Teamleider en waar mogelijk aandragen van oplossingen.
