Wil jij werken met een grote industriële installatie en bijdragen aan een duurzamere toekomst? Vind je het interessant om processen te controleren, storingen op te lossen en lekker actief bezig te zijn? Dan is deze functie als Operator iets voor jou! Je gaat aan de slag bij een organisatie die zich bezighoudt met het verwerken en hergebruiken van grondstoffen. Met behulp van een grote, moderne installatie worden verschillende materialen van elkaar gescheiden en verwerkt tot nieuwe circulaire grondstoffen. Een mooi proces waar jij als operator een belangrijke rol in speelt Wat ga je doen? Als operator zorg je er samen met je collega's voor dat de installatie veilig en efficiënt blijft draaien. Je bent veel buiten en op de installatie aanwezig en houdt het volledige proces goed in de gaten. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Bedienen en controleren van de productie-installatie; Uitvoeren van inspectierondes en visuele controles; Bijstellen van de installatie wanneer dit nodig is; Nemen van monsters en controleren van de productkwaliteit; Signaleren van technische storingen en afwijkingen; Kleine storingen zelfstandig of samen met collega's oplossen; Samenwerken met de technische dienst bij grotere storingen; Werken volgens de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften; Zorgen voor een soepel en efficiënt productieproces. Je werkt samen met ongeveer 4 à 5 operators in een hecht team. Omdat de installatie groot is, ben je gedurende de dag lekker in beweging. Dit is dan ook geen baan waarbij je de hele dag achter een scherm zit. Wat kun jij? Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die technisch is ingesteld en graag praktisch bezig is. Je herkent jezelf in het volgende: Je hebt een afgeronde mbo-opleiding niveau 3, bij voorkeur in een technische richting; Je beschikt over VCA en VAPRO A, of bent bereid deze te behalen; Je hebt technisch inzicht en vindt het interessant om met installaties en processen te werken; Je bent niet bang voor fysiek werk en bent graag actief bezig

Je bent betrouwbaar, gemotiveerd en neemt verantwoordelijkheid; Je spreekt en begrijpt de Nederlandse taal; Je kunt goed samenwerken, maar ook zelfstandig werkzaamheden oppakken; Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegendienst te werken (Je werkt van maandag t/m vrijdag waarbij de vroege dienst: 06:00t tot 14:30 is en de late dienst van 14:30 tot 23:00. De ene week werk je de vroege dienst en de andere week de late dienst). Ervaring als operator is mooi meegenomen, maar vooral jouw technische instelling en motivatie vinden we belangrijk. Wat krijg je? Een bruto maandsalaris van €3.350 tot €4.150, inclusief ploegentoeslag; Een fulltime baan van 40 uur per week in 2 ploegen; Een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband; 27,5 vakantiedagen, inclusief ADV; Een goede pensioenregeling; €0,23 per kilometer reiskostenvergoeding; De mogelijkheid om verschillende certificaten en trainingen te behalen, zoals VCA, heftruck en hoogwerker; Een afwisselende functie binnen een moderne industriële omgeving.
