The posting

Werken met slimme machines, zonder zelf op automatische piloot te gaan.

Als operator werk je met moderne (plooi)robots in een productieomgeving waar techniek centraal staat. Geen klassieke “knoppen duwen”-job, wel een rol waar inzicht en opvolging belangrijk zijn.

Je start je dag met het instellen en opstarten van de robot. Je zorgt dat alle materialen aanwezig zijn en dat de machine correct draait volgens planning. Tijdens de productie hou je alles in de gaten en voer je regelmatig metingen uit om de kwaliteit te garanderen.

Loopt alles zoals het hoort? Dan laat je de robot zijn werk doen en spring je zelf bij in de afwerking: ontbramen, boren, soevereinen… Je blijft dus actief bezig en hebt variatie in je werk.

Bij omstellingen of kleine aanpassingen zorg jij dat alles vlot wordt omgebouwd en opnieuw correct draait. Je werkt samen met collega’s in productie en draagt mee verantwoordelijkheid voor het eindresultaat.

Je komt terecht in een technisch productiebedrijf dat sterk inzet op automatisatie, maar waar de mens nog altijd het verschil maakt.

Wat nodig is om hier goed te zitten:

  • Technisch inzicht en interesse in automatisatie
  • Ervaring in de metaalsector is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must
  • Nauwkeurig werken en oog voor kwaliteit
  • Planningsgevoel en verantwoordelijkheidszin
  • Goesting om bij te leren en met nieuwe technologie te werken
  • Teamspeler die ook zelfstandig zijn plan trekt
  • Ervaring met robots of cobots is een plus, geen vereiste

Kort gezegd: je hoeft geen expert te zijn, maar wel iemand die snapt hoe dingen werken en wil blijven bijleren.
