Dan is deze functie als Operator in Drachten iets voor jou. Je komt te werken bij een internationale producent van hoogwaardige rubberen transportbanden en krijgt de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een stabiele organisatie. Als Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor een soepel verlopend productieproces. Je werkt met moderne productiemachines, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de producten en grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Instellen en bedienen van productiemachines; - Ombouwen van machines voor nieuwe productieorders; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles; - Signaleren en oplossen van afwijkingen en storingen; - Samenwerken met collega's binnen productie en techniek; - Zorgdragen voor een veilige en georganiseerde werkomgeving; - Continu bewaken van het productieproces en de productkwaliteit. Werktijden: Je werkt in een vast en overzichtelijk 3-ploegenrooster: - 3 weken vroege dienst; - 3 weken nachtdienst; - 3 weken late dienst.Dit zorgt voor een voorspelbare planning en een goede balans tussen werk en privé.
