RIS Rubber is op zoek naar enthousiaste operators die, na een intensieve inwerkperiode, zelfstandig en vakkundig aan de slag kunnen. Je werkt in de rubberperserij en bedient diverse machines binnen een familiebedrijf met meer dan 60 jaar ervaring in het produceren van rubbervormartikelen. Je komt te werken in een team van circa 45 medewerkers in Lelystad, waar je veel variatie in producten en werkzaamheden hebt. Functie-inhoud - Instellen en bedienen van machines - Bewerken van producten en draaien van productieprocessen - Uitvoeren van nabewerking en verpakken van producten - Visuele controle op afwijkingen en invullen van registratieformulieren - Samenwerken met collega’s en ondersteuning van de productiecoördinator en kwaliteitsmedewerkers - Meedenken over verbeteringen in processen, techniek en op het gebied van ARBO en milieu Functie-eisen - Ervaring als operator of in een vergelijkbare functie binnen een productieomgeving - Interesse in techniek en bereidheid om je te verdiepen in de wereld van rubber - Positieve werkmentaliteit en motivatie om onderdeel te zijn van een enthousiast team en familiebedrijf Wij bieden - Marktconform salaris met ploegentoeslag - Jaarcontract met uitzicht op vast dienstverband - Afwisselend werk in ploegendiensten: 06:00–14:30 uur / 14:30–23:00 uur - Geen lopende-band werk; veel variatie in producten en werkzaamheden - Werken in een gezellig en betrokken team - Premievrije pensioenregeling - Gratis vers fruit en korting op de sportschool via Bedrijfsfitness Nederland
