Jobomschrijving

Als Operator Sampling ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verkrijgen van representatieve stalen van grondstoffen en fabricageproducten. Jij speelt een cruciale rol in de kwaliteitscontrole, waarbij je de geleverde goederen inspecteert en de aard van het materiaal aan de hand van een identificatietabel bepaalt.

Daarnaast neem je primaire monsters van zowel derden- als fabricageproducten en bereid je deze voor als vocht- en kwaliteitsmonsters. Het bemonsteren doe je door middel van diverse technieken, zoals het boren van blister, vreemde anodes en scraps.

Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen van verschillende machines zoals een grijpkraan, heftruck en peerbrug, en je bedient de smeltovens voor bemonstering. Het uitvoeren van zowel kleine als grote smeltingen op verschillende grondstoffen behoort eveneens tot je takenpakket.
