Operator Schuimer/Foaming Operator 2-Ploegen/2 Shifts

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Als Schuimer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en aansturen van het volledige schuimproces binnen de sandwichlijn. Je zorgt ervoor dat de productie correct en stabiel verloopt en dat de kwaliteit steeds gegarandeerd blijft.

  • Je stelt de machine correct in en volgt de schuimparameters nauwgezet op.
  • Je voert regelmatige controles en registraties uit om afwijkingen snel te detecteren en bij te sturen.
  • Bij afwijkingen neem je onmiddellijk contact op met de shiftsupervisor en onderneem je de nodige acties.
  • Je voert omstellingen uit bij productwissels volgens de productieplanning.
  • Je waakt over een nette en ordelijke werkplek en zorgt mee voor het onderhoud van de machineonderdelen.
  • Je werkt steeds volgens de geldende veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften.

PROFIEL

  • Technische opleiding (A2) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Sterk technisch inzicht en nauwkeurige werkstijl
  • Goed kunnen werken volgens procedures en veiligheidsregels
  • Oog voor detail en sterke focus op kwaliteit
  • Verantwoordelijk en zelfstandig kunnen werken
  • Veilig omgaan met chemische producten (PBM’s voorzien)
  • Bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken
