Voor onze klant te Schoten zijn we op zoek naar een Operator Shipping/ Filling/ Blending.

Heb je reeds een ruime ervaring binnen de Chemische sector en meer bepaald als filling operator? Ben jij op zoek naar een job met veel afwisseling en doorgroeimogelijkheden? Dan zit je hier goed!

Als Operator Shipping/ Filling/ Blending start je als filling operator en heb je potentieel om ook naar andere afdelingen (blending en shipping) door te groeien.

Ontdek hier je taken als Operator Shipping/ Filling/ Blending:

Filling Afdeling:

  • Afvullijnen correct instellen en afvulorders voorbereiden;
  • Je start, superviseert en volgt het afvulproces op;
  • Kleine technische storingen oplossen;

Blending Afdeling:

  • Het blendproces opvolgen en de kwaliteit van het eindproduct bewaken;
  • Grondstoffen en additieven toevoegen volgens receptuur en stalen nemen ter kwaliteitscontrole;
  • Kleine onderhouds- en ondersteuningstaken uitvoeren;

Shipping & Magazijn:

  • Vrachtwagens en containers laden en lossen met heftruck;
  • Grondstoffen stockeren en afgewerkte producten registreren in het systeem;
  • Goederen klaarzetten voor transport, logistieke controles en stocktellingen uitvoeren.

Verder zal je steeds algemeen ondersteunende taken uitvoeren zoals orde en netheid, afvalbeheer en inspectierondes.

Als Shipping/ Filling/ Blending Operator beschik je over volgend profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma of hebt gelijkaardige ervaring in een productie omgeving (chemie);
  • Je hebt een geldig heftruckattest en voldoende praktijkervaring;
  • Een reachtruckattest en ADR ervaring zijn pluspunten;
  • Je hebt affiniteit met productie, logistiek en technische installaties;
  • Je werkt steeds nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsbewust en veilig;
  • Zelfstandig werken en prioriteiten stellen vormen geen probleem, onder tijdsdruk presteren ook niet;
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, daarnaast beschik je over een basiskennis van Engels, Frans en/of Duits;
  • Fysiek ben je volledig in orde ne kan je makkelijk lasten tot 25kg tillen en verplaatsen;
  • Je werkt graag in daguren.
