Om 5 uur ’s morgens begint je werkdag en ga je samen met je collega’s aan de slag aan de slicinglijn.

Stap voor stap leer je de bediening van onze verschillende machines kennen. Door dagelijkse routine en begeleiding op de werkvloer groei je uit tot een betrouwbare schakel binnen het team, met de mogelijkheid om door te stromen naar de functie van lijnverantwoordelijke.

In een voedingsbedrijf gaan kwaliteit en hygiëne hand in hand. Jij hebt dan ook voortdurend oog voor traceerbaarheid, voedselveiligheid en de geldende hygiënenormen. Heb je hier nog niet veel ervaring mee? Geen probleem, wij voorzien een grondige opleiding zodat je volledig mee bent met onze werkwijze.

  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een pluspunt maar zeker geen vereiste.
  • Je wil er 100% voor gaan en bent erg gemotiveerd om deel uit te maken van ons productieteam. Enthousiasme vinden we heel belangrijk.
  • Door vlot en vriendelijk te communiceren, draag je bij tot een goede werkomgeving
  • Hygiëne en voedselveiligheid draag je hoog in het vaandel. Nog geen uitgebreide kennis? Dan wil je hier graag over bijleren.
  • Je bent geen koele kikker maar een gekoelde werkomgeving vind je oké.
  • Teamgeest, collegialiteit en een gezonde werksfeer zijn belangrijk voor jou.
