FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een toonaangevende producent van droge poedermengsels voor de bouwsector in de regio Antwerpse haven zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Operator.

Ben jij technisch aangelegd, werk je nauwkeurig en voel je je thuis in een productieomgeving? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.

Als Operator ben je een essentiële schakel binnen het productieproces. Tijdens jouw shift sta je in voor een vlot en correct verloop van de productie- en laadactiviteiten. Je wordt polyvalent ingezet op verschillende productielijnen, van mengprocessen tot verpakking.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Voorbereiden, afwegen en correct doseren van grond- en hulpstoffen, met focus op vloeibare componenten
  • Bedienen en opvolgen van menginstallaties en afvulmachines (zoals dissolvers, mengketels en vulinstallaties)
  • Instellen, ombouwen en bedienen van afzak- en verpakkingsmachines
  • Opzetten en correct plaatsen van verpakkingsmaterialen (zoals folie)
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en visuele inspecties (o.a. controle van viscositeit en kleur)
  • Vervangen van eenvoudige mechanische onderdelen aan productielijnen
  • Reinigen van machines, leidingen en werkzones
  • Verwerken van restproducten
  • Ondersteunen bij laadactiviteiten
  • Intern transport uitvoeren met heftruck en/of reachtruck

PROFIEL

Wij zoeken een nauwkeurige en technisch onderlegde operator die flexibel inzetbaar is.

Ervaring

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring als operator in een productieomgeving
  • Ervaring met mengen, dispergeren, afvullen van vloeistoffen of het bedienen van afzak- en verpakkingsmachines is een sterke troef

Technische kennis

  • Je bent vertrouwd met batchproductie, doseren en basis kwaliteitscontroles
  • Je hebt een goed technisch inzicht en denkt oplossingsgericht

Certificaten

  • Een geldig heftruck- en/of reachtruckattest is een pluspunt

Werkregeling

  • Je werkt momenteel in dagdienst
  • Je bent bereid om in de toekomst eventueel over te schakelen naar een vroege/late ploeg

Competenties

  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en veiligheidsbewust
  • Je hebt een kritische en kwaliteitsgerichte ingesteldheid
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands of Engels
