Bij onze opdrachtgever zoeken we een Operator Snijmachine die ervoor zorgt dat etiketten, ringen, dekselkarton en andere kartonnen producten tot op de millimeter nauwkeurig worden gesneden. Dankzij jouw technische inzicht en precisie leveren we iedere dag producten van topkwaliteit. Organisatie Onze opdrachtgever ontwerpt en produceert hoogwaardige drukwerkoplossingen, met focus op kwaliteit, afwerking en maatwerk. Het begeleidt klanten van creatief concept tot perfect eindproduct voor merken en campagnes. Functie Als Operator Snijmachine ben je verantwoordelijk voor het programmeren en bedienen van de snijmachine. Daarnaast stel je zelfstandig de stans- en/of bandeermachine in en zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces soepel verloopt. Je start je werkdag met een korte dagstart en gaat vervolgens aan de slag met de planning. Je laadt de juiste programma's in, stelt de machines nauwkeurig af en snijdt uiteenlopende orders. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je werkt met verschillende producten, formaten en klantwensen. Bij technische storingen schakel je snel en denk je mee over verbeteringen binnen het proces. Tijdens je leertraject werk je in de vroege dienst en leer je stap voor stap alle werkzaamheden zelfstandig uit te voeren. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Programmeren en bedienen van de snijmachine. - Instellen van de stans- en/of bandeermachine. - Snijden van etiketten, ringen, dekselkarton en andere kartonnen producten. - Controleren van de kwaliteit van het eindproduct. - Oplossen van kleine technische storingen. - Meedenken over verbeteringen in het productieproces. - Zorgen voor een veilige en nette werkplek.
