Functieomschrijving

Als Sorteerder maak je deel uit van het team in onze sorteerhallen een cruciale schakel in ons productieproces. Je staat in voor het uitsorteren van inkomende materialen zoals granulaten, poeders en brokken – voornamelijk afkomstig van onze leveranciers in de petrochemie.

Deze materialen worden gesorteerd op basis van soort plastic, vorm en kleur. Na een correcte karakterisering, zorg je ervoor dat de materialen met de heftruck op de juiste locatie worden geplaatst, zodat ze verder verwerkt kunnen worden in onze productieafdelingen tot nieuwe granulaten – het eindproduct van Ravago.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Uitsorteren van inkomende grondstoffen (kunststoffen)
  • Controleren en karakteriseren op basis van soort, kleur en vorm
  • Correct labelen en registreren van materialen
  • Interne verplaatsing van goederen met de heftruck
  • Rapporteren van afwijkingen en nauw samenwerken met de productieplanning
  • Zorg dragen voor orde, netheid en veiligheid in de werkomgeving

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt interesse in grondstoffen en productieprocessen
  • Ervaring met heftruckwerk is een must – attest is een pluspunt
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, ordelijk en bent betrouwbaar
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands
  • Fysiek werk schrikt je niet af
  • Stressbestendig
  • Flexibel ingesteld
  • Je werkt in dagdienst maar bent bereid om ook in ploegen vroege/late te werken
