Start People Operator staalbewerking | 2-ploegendienst - Start People - Sneek Start People Jobid=638480870359437048 (0.0324) Wat je gaat doen Je krijgt een opdracht en zorgt ervoor dat het staal volgens de juiste maat en specificaties wordt bewerkt. Je stelt de machine goed in, houdt het proces in de gaten en controleert tussendoor of het resultaat klopt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Instellen en bedienen van zaag- en boormachines; - Zagen en boren van verschillende staalprofielen volgens tekening en maatvoering; - Controleren van afmetingen en kwaliteit; - Verplaatsen van staal met een bovenloopkraan; - Signaleren en waar mogelijk oplossen van kleine storingen; - Uitvoeren van eenvoudige onderhoudswerkzaamheden; - Schoon en veilig houden van je werkplek; - Meedenken over verbeteringen in het productieproces. Je werkt met verschillende staalprofielen en opdrachten. Daardoor is het werk niet iedere dag hetzelfde en krijg je steeds meer kennis van de machines en het productieproces. Heb je nog geen ervaring met een bovenloopkraan of een van de machines? Dat is geen probleem. Je leert de werkzaamheden stap voor stap in de praktijk. Naarmate je meer ervaring krijgt, krijg je ook meer verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen werk. Wat we je bieden - Een bruto maandsalaris van ongeveer € 3.100, inclusief 20% ploegentoeslag; - 25 vakantiedagen en 10 ADV-dagen: 35 vrije dagen per jaar; - Een fulltime werkweek van 38 uur; - Werken in een vaste 2-ploegendienst; - € 0,23 reiskostenvergoeding per kilometer; - Pensioenopbouw vanaf je eerste werkdag; - Een uitgebreide inwerkperiode met begeleiding van ervaren collega's; - Mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen Douma Staal; - Een tijdelijk contract via Start People, met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
