Functieomschrijving: Als operator ben je een onmisbare schakel in het productieproces. Je begint de dag met het wegen van verschillende grondstoffen. Daarna verwerk je deze stoffen tot kwalitatieve producten. Tijdens het werk bewaak je de kwaliteit constant. Je voert controles uit en zorgt dat alle monsters op de juiste plek belanden.

Zie je een kleine storing aan een machine? Dan los je dit zelf op. Je voert ook onderhoud uit zodat alles soepel blijft draaien. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over hoe het proces nog beter kan. Je verpakt de eindproducten zorgvuldig voor onze klanten. Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst met diverse machines. Jouw oog voor detail zorgt voor het beste resultaat. Zo lever je elke dag weer een belangrijke bijdrage aan de kwaliteit van onze voeding.
