Ben jij op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging binnen de productieomgeving? Als Operator Stikmachine ben je een essentieel onderdeel van ons team en verantwoordelijk voor het doorstikken van de buitenzijde van onze matrassen. Werk je graag zelfstandig, maar vind je het ook fijn om met collega's samen te werken? Heb je een passie voor kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid? Dan is deze functie wellicht iets voor jou!

In deze rol omvat jouw takenpakket:

  • Het instellen en bedienen van de stikmachine.
  • Het aanvoeren van de juiste materialen volgens het model van de matras.
  • Het selecteren van het correcte programma via de computer.
  • Het bewaken van een vlotte productieflow door ervoor te zorgen dat de benodigde grondstoffen tijdig beschikbaar zijn.
  • Het oplossen van kleine storingen, zoals een draadbreuk of het opnieuw inrijgen van een draad.
  • Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op de afgewerkte producten.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega die voldoet aan de volgende vereisten:

  • Een sterke zin voor orde, kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid.
  • Logisch inzicht en het vermogen om eenvoudige berekeningen te maken.
  • Een goede fysieke conditie; sommige stofrollen wegen tot 30 kg.
  • Basisvaardigheden in het werken met een computer.
  • Een positieve werkhouding en de bereidheid om bij te leren.
  • Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.

Ervaring of een specifieke opleiding is niet vereist; jouw motivatie en leergierigheid zijn voor ons veel belangrijker!
