Veel buitenwerk, veel verantwoordelijkheid en een salaris tot € 8.092 inclusief ploegentoeslag. Over het werk Sommige terminals draaien bijna volledig automatisch. Hier niet. Op deze terminal in de Amsterdamse haven draait het nog om vakmanschap, technisch inzicht en operators die weten wat er buiten gebeurt. Geen functie waarin je de hele dag achter schermen zit, maar een omgeving waar jouw ervaring zichtbaar bijdraagt aan een veilige en efficiënte operatie. Als operator ben jij het verlengstuk van de controlekamer op de werkvloer. Je begeleidt laad- en losactiviteiten, voert controles en metingen uit en houdt toezicht op installaties, tanks en leidingwerk. Daarnaast signaleer je afwijkingen voordat ze storingen worden en zorg je ervoor dat werkzaamheden veilig en volgens de juiste procedures worden uitgevoerd. Je werkt in een ploeg van 11 collega's, waarvan slechts 3 collega's in de controlekamer zitten. Het grootste deel van de operatie speelt zich buiten af, waar jouw ervaring en inzicht direct bijdragen aan een veilige en betrouwbare terminal. Juist daarom zoeken we operators die al de nodige meters hebben gemaakt binnen de procesindustrie, tankopslag, chemie of petrochemie. Mensen die installaties begrijpen, risico's herkennen voordat ze ontstaan en weten wat er nodig is om een terminal veilig, efficiënt en betrouwbaar te laten draaien. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar jouw kennis van toegevoegde waarde is voor het team én de operatie.
