In deze functie werk je mee aan de opbouw, inbedrijfstelling en bediening van een industriële installatie. Je werkt in een klein technisch team en krijgt de mogelijkheid om vanaf het begin betrokken te zijn bij het proces en de verdere ontwikkeling van de installatie. De functie wordt uitgevoerd in diensten van 11 uur, vier dagen per week, waardoor je een aantrekkelijk werkritme hebt met meerdere vrije dagen. Voor kandidaten die niet uit de regio komen is overnachten of verblijf mogelijk. Wat ga je doen? Als operator zorg je ervoor dat de installatie continu en veilig blijft draaien. Je controleert het proces, stuurt waar nodig bij en zorgt dat eventuele storingen snel worden opgelost. Daarnaast werk je samen met collega's aan het verbeteren en optimaliseren van de installatie. Je houdt toezicht op veiligheid en technische prestaties en zorgt dat het proces efficiënt blijft verlopen. Jouw werkzaamheden - Bedienen en monitoren van de technische installatie; - Controleren en bijsturen van het productieproces; - Signaleren en oplossen van storingen; - Meewerken aan de opbouw en inbedrijfstelling van de installatie; - Uitvoeren van inspecties en controles; - Samenwerken met de technische dienst voor onderhoud; - Toezien op veiligheid, milieu en regelgeving; - Zorgdragen voor een veilige en nette werkplek.
