The posting

In de voorbereiding van het productieproces zorg jij ervoor dat de draden correct worden klaargezet voor de weverij. Je bedient en stelt een (semi-)automatische doorhaalmachine in en werkt daarbij met fijne materialen die een nauwkeurige aanpak vragen. Een job waarin je stap voor stap wordt opgeleid en waarin je op lange termijn een vaste waarde binnen het team kunt worden.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bedient en stelt de (semi-)automatische doorhaalmachine correct in en je bereidt de montage voor die later naar de weverij gaat
  • Je brengt de draden in de juiste opstelling door de lamellen, schachten en het riet en je controleert nauwkeurig of alles volgens de juiste specificaties is voorbereid
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en merkt afwijkingen snel op en je gebruikt je fijne motoriek bij het uitvoeren van nauwkeurig handwerk, waaronder het leggen van een weversknoop
  • Je spoort kleine technische of operationele problemen op en probeert deze zelfstandig op te lossen
  • Je zorgt mee voor een ordelijke en goed georganiseerde werkplek en je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit de voorbereiding en weverij

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een familiaal textielbedrijf met een sterke reputatie en een lange geschiedenis. Hier wordt nog volop ingezet op vakkennis en kwaliteit, maar tegelijk wordt er geïnvesteerd in moderne productie en in de opleiding van medewerkers. Je werkt in een team waar collega's elkaar kennen en waar je de tijd krijgt om het vak goed te leren.

  • Je hebt ervaring met het bedienen van machines, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving en ervaring binnen de textielsector is mooi meegenomen
  • Je hebt een fijne motoriek en werkt graag met kleine en fijne materialen en je hebt voldoende kleurinzicht om verschillende draden en materialen goed van elkaar te onderscheiden
  • Je bent technisch aangelegd en kunt storingen of afwijkingen goed opsporen en je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands om vlot te communiceren met jouw rechtstreekse collega's
