Voor een producent in de textielsector zoeken we een gedreven operator die houdt van afwisseling en verantwoordelijkheid. Deze groeiende onderneming combineert ambacht en technologie, en investeert volop in moderne machines en duurzame processen.

Als operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het instellen, bedienen en opvolgen van de productielijnen. Je zorgt voor een vlotte werking van het proces, grijpt in bij storingen en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen. Jouw oog voor detail en zin voor initiatief maken écht het verschil op de werkvloer.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Controleer de netheid en werking van machineonderdelen zoals naalden, messen, detectoren en scheerrekken voor een optimaal resultaat
  • Stel machines correct in of programmeer ze volgens de vereiste snelheid, motieven en spanning van het maas
  • Voer kwaliteitscontroles uit op het afgewerkte product en grijp in bij afwijkingen in binding of uitvoering
  • Spoor afwijkingen op tijdens het werken met industriële machines
  • Ervaring binnen textiel is een groot pluspunt, al komt technisch inzicht en een goede fysieke conditie zeker van pas
  • Wegens de veiligheidsvoorschriften spreek je vlot Nederlands
  • Kleurherkenning is belangrijk, dus kleurenblindheid is niet aangewezen voor deze functie
