Functieomschrijving: Als operator bewaak jij het proces in de 3 ploegen. Jij zorgt dat alle machines soepel blijven draaien. Je grijpt in als dat nodig is om de kwaliteit hoog te houden. Hygiëne en veiligheid zijn bij jou altijd op orde.

Samen met je team ben je verantwoordelijk voor de productie. Kleine storingen los je zelf op. Ook voer je onderhoud uit om stilstand te voorkomen. Je houdt de administratie bij en zorgt voor een nette werkplek. Zie je kansen om het proces beter te maken? Deel je ideeën dan gerust met je team.
