Wil jij als operator in Tilburg werken in 2 ploegen en tussen €2.800,- en €3.400,- bruto per maand verdienen? Zoek je een functie waarin je techniek combineert met praktisch productiewerk en niet de hele dag hetzelfde doet? Je werkt met recepturen, stelt machines goed af en houdt tijdens de productie scherp in de gaten of alles volgens planning en kwaliteitseisen verloopt. Daarnaast verplaats je grondstoffen en eindproducten met de heftruck. Op vrijdag ben je eerder klaar, waardoor je weekend op tijd begint. Je komt terecht in een klein team waar collega's direct met elkaar schakelen en waar je verantwoordelijkheid krijgt over je eigen deel van het proces.

Functieomschrijving: Als operator zorg je dat grondstoffen volgens de juiste receptuur worden verwerkt en dat de machines goed blijven draaien. Je combineert procesbewaking met technische handelingen en praktisch werk op de vloer. Over het algemeen zijn dit jouw werkzaamheden: • Voorbereiden en doseren van grondstoffen volgens receptuur. • Instellen en bedienen van productiemachines. • Ombouwen en opnieuw afstellen van machines bij productwissels. • Bewaken van het productieproces en tijdig bijsturen bij afwijkingen. • Controleren van productkwaliteit en registreren van meetgegevens. • Signaleren en oplossen van kleine technische storingen. • Inschakelen van de technische dienst wanneer een storing meer aandacht vraagt. • Aan- en afvoeren van grondstoffen en eindproducten met de heftruck. • Controleren of materialen op tijd beschikbaar zijn voor de volgende productieorder. • Schoon en veilig houden van machines, hulpmiddelen en werkplek.

Functievereisten: Je hebt al ervaring binnen productie en weet hoe belangrijk nauwkeurig werken is wanneer je met recepturen, machines en grondstoffen werkt.
