In deze functie speel je een belangrijke rol binnen het productieproces. Je controleert geverfde en gedrukte weefsels vóór ze verder verwerkt worden. Met jouw kritische blik zorg je ervoor dat enkel kwaliteitsvol textiel naar de volgende productiestap gaat.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • De te controleren doeken met een naaimachine aan elkaar naaien.
  • Uitvoeren van visuele tussencontroles op textielrollen volgens de planning en productiebonnen.
  • Opsporen van verschillende soorten fouten, zoals weeffouten, kleurverschillen en druk- of veredelingsfouten.
  • Meten en registreren van het gewicht, de breedte en de lengte van de rollen.
  • Stalen uitsnijden en correct labelen voor attestatie van fouten, het labo of de klant.
  • Bijdragen aan een kwalitatief en vlot productieproces.

Wie zoeken we? Een eerste ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen. Daarnaast zijn vooral nauwkeurigheid en een goed oog voor detail belangrijk.

Verder:

  • Kleuren kunnen onderscheiden is noodzakelijk voor deze functie.
  • Zelfstandig werken gaat je goed af, maar ook in teamverband voel je je als een vis in het water.
  • Kwaliteit, veiligheid, orde en netheid draag je hoog in het vaandel.
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands is vereist.
