Functieomschrijving: Als operator in Velsen houd je het proces soepel in beweging. Jij zorgt dat de machines goed blijven draaien. Kleine storingen los je zelfstandig op. Ook geef je aanwijzingen aan je collega's op de vloer. Veilig werken is daarbij altijd jouw belangrijkste taak.Tijdens de eerste periode leer je alle apparaten goed kennen. Je wisselt tussen verschillende afdelingen om veel ervaring op te doen. Je stelt de machines in voor een nieuwe reeks dranken. Zo haal je samen met de groep de dagelijkse doelen. Je checkt de kwaliteit van de dranken volgens vaste regels. Ook voer je regelmatig onderhoud uit aan de systemen. Zo voorkom je problemen tijdens het werk. Het is een afwisselende baan in een moderne omgeving.
