De locatie voert geordende productieprocessen met aandacht voor voedselveiligheid en kwaliteit. Medewerkers werken in een moderne procesomgeving waar hygiëne, veiligheid en efficiëntie centraal staan. De organisatie investeert continu in opleidingen en technische ontwikkeling zodat medewerkers kunnen doorgroeien van beginnend naar volwaardig operator. Teams hebben korte lijnen tussen operators en technische ondersteuning, waardoor ze snel kunnen schakelen bij procesverstoringen. De productieomgeving vraagt om strikte naleving van H.A.C.C.P.-richtlijnen en nauwkeurige registratie van productiegegevens. De functie biedt een marktconform salaris van €2600 tot €4500 bruto per maand en mogelijkheden voor een vast dienstverband na een detacheringsperiode. Er zijn trainingen voor heftruck en reachtruck en er wordt geïnvesteerd in proces- en veiligheidstrainingen om operationele vaardigheden te vergroten. De locatie is goed bereikbaar met eigen vervoer en de organisatie biedt faciliteiten passend bij een productieomgeving. Er is ruimte voor eigen initiatief en het doorvoeren van verbetervoorstellen die direct effect hebben op de productieprestaties. Functie-inhoud - Beheren en bedienen van verpakkingslijnen en het waarborgen van productkwaliteit - Bedienen en bewaken van verpakkingslijnen om veilige en conforme productie te garanderen als Operator Verpakken - Monitoren van procesparameters en ingrijpen bij afwijkingen - Verhelpen van kleine storingen en uitvoeren van ombouwwerkzaamheden aan machines - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en nauwkeurig documenteren van productiegegevens als Operator Verpakken - Samenwerken met collega's en voorstellen doen voor procesverbeteringen - Zelfstandig opzetten van verpakkingslijnen en uitvoeren van ombouwwerkzaamheden binnen de shift, met volledige lijnverantwoordelijkheid voor het vakgebied - Uitvoeren van eerstelijns..

- MBO werk- en denkniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring - Ervaring in procestechniek of in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie - Kennis van H.A.C.C.P.-principes en hygiënerichtlijnen - Bereidheid om in een 5-ploegendienst te werken - Affiniteit met techniek en procesoptimalisatie - Heftruck- of Reachtruckcertificaat of bereidheid dit te behalen - Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift
