Je werkt in een moderne productieomgeving waar kwaliteit en efficiëntie centraal staan. Met jouw technische inzicht en oog voor detail zorg je ervoor dat de verpakkingslijnen optimaal functioneren. Je krijgt de kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen en door te groeien tot allround operator, terwijl je samenwerkt met een collegiaal en ondersteunend team. Wat je gaat doen: - opbouwen van de productielijnen en aanpassen voor de juiste productieorder - toezicht houden op de verpakkingslijn en zelfstandig oplossen van kleine storingen - bijvullen van materialen om stilstand van de lijn te voorkomen - uitvoeren van routinematige kwaliteitscontroles en melden van afwijkingen - meedenken over verbeteringen en nauw samenwerken met collega operators Wat we je bieden - Een bruto maandsalaris van €3500 tot €3700, afhankelijk van de ervaring. - Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. - Fulltime functie in 3-ploegendienst (40 uur per week). - 25 vakantiedagen - 8% vakantiegeld. - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer. - Maandelijks ontvangst van een snoeppakket. - Interne trainingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden tot allround operator. - Moderne en schone werkplek met goede begeleiding.
