Start als Operator Verpakken in Berkel en Rodenrijs en verdien vanaf €16,75 per uur exclusief toeslagen. Werk mee aan duurzame landbouw met uitzicht op een vast contract.

Wat ga je doen? Ben jij een ervaren operator en zoek je een stabiele baan in een moderne productieomgeving? Dan is deze functie als operator 2 ploegen bij Koppert in Berkel en Rodenrijs iets voor jou. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat natuurlijke producten veilig en efficiënt worden verpakt voor klanten over de hele wereld. Je werkt in een prettige werkomgeving waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en ontwikkeling centraal staan.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit:

- Bedienen, instellen en controleren van productielijnen - Signaleren en oplossen van kleine technische storingen - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op producten en verpakkingen - Werken volgens veiligheids- en werkinstructies - Bijdragen aan verbeteringen binnen het productieproces

Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst. Het gaat om een langdurige uitzendopdracht met uitzicht op overname door Koppert.

Wat bieden wij? - Bruto uurloon van €16,75 exclusief toeslagen - 1,15% ATV-toeslag boven op je salaris - Ploegentoeslag van 20% tussen 18.00 en 21.00 uur en 40% tussen 21.00 en 06.00 uur - Weekendtoeslag van 45% op zaterdag en 90% op zondag - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer (maximaal 60 km per dag) - 25 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld en pensioenopbouw vanaf je eerste werkdag - Gratis toegang tot meer dan 150 online trainingen via de Adecco Academy en volop doorgroeimogelijkheden
